4. Estimates & Quotes

Cost information on this Site (including our Cost Guide) is a general estimate for planning purposes and is not a binding quote. A binding, written, itemized estimate is provided following an in-home consultation and reflects your specific project scope, material selections, and home conditions. Estimates are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change if material pricing shifts or hidden conditions are discovered once work begins.

5. Project Contracts & Payment

All remodeling work is governed by a separate written contract signed before work begins, which will detail the agreed scope, payment schedule, materials, and timeline. These website Terms & Conditions do not override or replace the terms of that signed project contract; where the two conflict, the signed contract controls.

6. Permits & Compliance

Where required, we obtain and manage building permits on your behalf through the City of Temecula or Riverside County, as applicable to your property. You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for inspections and to cooperate with the permit and inspection process as needed to complete your project to code.

7. Changes & Cancellations

Any changes to an agreed project scope after a contract is signed will be documented in a written change order, including any associated cost or timeline impact, before that work proceeds. Cancellation terms, including applicable fees for work or materials already committed, will be specified in your individual project contract.

8. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, are provided in your individual project contract and, where applicable, pass through manufacturer warranties on cabinets, countertops, and appliances. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitchen Remodeling Temecula is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or general delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, such as permit processing times, material manufacturer delays, or conditions discovered during construction that were not reasonably identifiable beforehand. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
